I cant get a live feed on the squares webcams. Are they turned off for the hurricane

After about 5 or 6 tries I did get on. I know that only a limited number of viewers can be accommodated on each camera..becomes apparent when Scooter or Rocky are performing. My guess re today...seasonal villagers are accessing the cameras to assess hurricane conditions here in TV.
