Getting ready to hire a company to do the bi-monthly spraying for pests and also for lawn/schrubs fertilizing. You would be so helpful if you could post the approximate cost of these 2 services for a typical Villages Designer/Ranch sized property. Much appreciated in advance.

I pay Dean's $63/mo for that service. I don't have any bugs, but my lawn sure looks like it could use some help!

You would be much better served by calling the companies who service The Villages and get pricing from them, especially if you dangle the "I'm a new resident and will be calling various people for prices".

We use Massey's and think they are excellent, but what we pay will not help you because your services will probably be different from ours.
