Although it is a federal holiday commemorating Columbus, speaking of Alaska, I read where Governor Walker proclaimed October 10, 2016 #IndigenousPeoplesDay in Alaska.

I think he was talking about Alaska Governor Bill Walker.

Or at least I hope he was, since 'Trump' and 'decent'...should never be used in even the same paragraph. :D
