We closed on our villa last wednesday in the village of Mallory. Can't believe how quiet it is. Met some nice neighbors. Sadley we had to come back north (MA) on Saturday. Can't wait until October when we will be back again.

We just closed on a Villa in Duvall last Monday! The people we bought from are staying for a couple of months....until their new house (in TV) has been built. So here we are in Michigan just waiting to spend a little time in TV. The only good thing about it is that we starting to signs of spring!
Good Luck in your new home....maybe we will bump into each other in October!
