How? There are huge amounts of money, time and people invested in the system in DC. Donald Trump is not going to be able to do much of anything to correct things as he has been part of the problem for decades.

It will take people in communities working together to really do much of anything not politicians.

Politicians promise change in Washington for centuries. Once there not much really happens except the politicians start finding ways to remain politicians for a long as possible.
