We will be comming to TV as sone as our house sales in Iowa.:crap2: So far we are at 930 lookers on line. We have an open house every week. We are looking at preowned CYV but we can't move on any of them until we have a contract on this home. 2500 Square foot with a 20x40 foot inground pool.

My hubby and I are from Elkhorn, NE (currently have homes in NC and The Vllages). I can tell you that you are going to LOVE it here. I even dislike going back to NC for a few months every year. Hope your home in Iowa sells real soon.

BarryB we have been to NY with our adult kids and went to a Yankee game. We had a great time. So far our house has been on the market for 8 months. Things are starting to warm up, I hope that helps with the pool open. We want to be in Florida sooooo bad so we can enjoy what all the villages has to offer.

Hi, Wish you all the luck in selling your home,seems that everyone we talk to in TV,s have two homes us included.We couldn't wait when we found this lot over looking Havana CC.So now we have two houses and hoping our home in Punta Gorda,Fl sells.On a great Marina and golf course but times are bad.So just hope St Joesph works?? We had our open house on Sunday! Another stellar open house a very large storm hit all day. Couldn't see your hand in front of your face. We will try again next weekend. And we used St Joesph on the last house we sold and he seemed to help if only in our hearts.::crap2: Hope lives in Iowa!

We just bought a house in TV but still have a condo in MA. Where do I get a St. Joseph ? Houses in our complex are taking about 2 years to sell. I'll try anything at this point.

Doreen some of the real estate agents actually have St. Joseph sets for just our purpose. My daughter hands them out to her clients. If you can find a religious articles store they will have them. If I sell my house before you get one I will send mine to you.

I found my St Joseph statue at a Hallmark card store right at the register. He has been planted (facing south) since last Friday 4/23 and we have had 4 showings since-It just may be working

st. Joseph definitely works. He has helped with the sale of the last five houses. The last time we moved to Florida, our condo had been on the market for four months, but forgot to put out St. Joseph. Called my daughter and she put one out for us and we received two offers asking price and above. What do you think of that......
You can get them at any religious bookstore. The clerk will know what you are looking for.
