Tennessee? Initially I thought lookout mountain in Colorado, but couldn't identify landmarks.

A brother and sister of mine used to hang glide off Lookout Mountain. When they ran off the edge, I couldn't watch. It is beautiful up there. Chattanooga has a marvelous aquarium!
