There are no surprises in the out of control escalation of health care costs due to the incompetent legislation rammed through by people who know nothing about health care.

Everything, cost wise, that is occuring since Obama care was proposed has been forecast. Much of which can be found in the readings issued by the office of budget management under Obama.

The forecast was ever increasing costs with the worst of impacts occuring in 2017.

Hey guess what moron, its called insurance increases, it happens every year. Yes please do some research which shows that if obamacare wasn't in place your premiums would actually be even higher now. That was the point of obamacare to keep premiums from increasing even more because they were getting out of hand. Now we also have millions of people covered by obamacare because they has a pre-existing condition that insurers wouldn't cover. Also, because millions of people didn't have insurance before they would go to hospitals and you and I would have to pay for their medical care through taxes.

Since we are throwing out personal examples, I was paying a few hundred a month before obamacare, now I pay $80 a month for a family of 5. Obamacare is great.

Really Obama is a failure??? Try again, he got us out of one of the worst recessions (thanks to republicans), increased housing market, unemployment down, put more people to work, economy is growing, got health insurance for millions of people who didn't have it or had a pre-existing condition that insurers wouldn't over, and had less government spending than previous presidents. Everyone I know has had substantial increases in their insurance premiums, higher deductions and less coverage. The only folks that this helped were those already eligible for Medicaid. And many folks that had insurance lost their insurance and had to sign up for Obamacare, thus making it look like Obamacare had a lot of enrollees. Check out the gov website and see how many still dont' have insurance and you will see that not even half of those that did not have insurance have it now. Obamacare is failing and even Obama admitted it. You are the one that is not admitting it. It will be gone next year, finished. The left wanted it to fail so they could socialize health care and control it through the gov. I hope the everyone that voted for it, dies a nasty death.

That is a STUPID comparison. Driving is a privilege that is not a necessity and insurance is required ONLY if you drive. Paying for health insurance by mandate is a requirement now, regardless of whether or not you wish to purchase that service. For the first time in history, you are required to PURCHASE a product or service by a statutory mandate. With a decent Supreme Court ObamaCare would be deemed unconstitutional. But, it will be bankrupt next year anyway, because congress is not going to shell out another couple trillion bucks to bail it out.
