My husband and I will be visiting TV in May. We will be looking for a home to purchase. Is there anything anyone can tell me about purchasing a home and living in TV which may be helpful. Example, which area is the best to live in, what type of house, etc.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks

This is not a simple question to answer. The Villages "villages" are usually filled within a year or so of the beginning of their construction and put together so they will share the same demographics. So a typical village being built now will most likely have a younger population than one that was built, say, ten years ago. You will also need to know how much you want to spend. You won't find any ranch homes mixed in with premier homes. Villas occupy their own neighborhoods, also. Some villages are close to the town squares, some on golf courses, some with water. There is no "best" area to live... it just depends on what you are looking for and what you can afford. The best thing to do when you visit in May is to talk to a sales rep and they will answer all your questions with no high pressure at all. But I know, without a doubt, you'll love it here, no matter where you choose.
