OP, make sure that whoever does your garage floor, they use 'shark grip' so the floor is not slippery when wet.

Maybe it could be put in the sealer when it's time to reseal the paint.

As mentioned by CarlaB, if your floor can be clear coated, then yes you should be able to have the shark grip added. I cannot advise on who to do this work, if you know the original installer, that would be my first call. If you know the material that was used, you may be able to contact one or more of the local paint stores to see if they know of products that would be suitable to clear coat.
Lastly, there have been several threads on painting and coating the garages with various recommendations, and you could contact these individuals or firms to see what they would recommend.
Do not be surprised if they come back and say the old coating has to be removed first ($$$$), as recoating can generally not be guaranteed to not fail.
