Does anyone have an idea how many players use Executive courses and how many use the Championship Courses a day?

We just bought a home on a Championship Course in December and are in the process of slowly moving in. We have only spent a few days at our home in TV, and we think we would like to see more going on on the golf course.

I can see where we may be part of the group that moves more than once.

We have always lived on the waterfront and had a boat, but my husband hurt his back last year, so boating and golfing are out for now, so would like to have something going on on the course to watch from the lanai.

We have a nice home, very nice, friendly neighbors, on a circular street with no thru traffic, beautiful golf course frontage and view, and 2.5 miles from SS. I am just wondering how many more play on an Executive vs a Championship. We have not unpacked much, so now would be the time to move.

Even if we had rented before moving in, I doubt if I would have thought about this. The difference between Executive and Championship. Sorry for the long post, but this is very much on my mind.

Thanks for any replies.

Which course are you on? You might want to give it a chance before making a move. When TV has completed it's grand building plan, all the courses will be busy all the time. Good luck and enjoy your new home.

That's kind of a unique way to look at it. I always thought I'd buy on the golf course just for the beauty. I think I'd prefer the quieter times. But that's just me.

If you want to sell your house and finance it yourself then give me a ring:jester:

I can't speak about executive courses but I can say there's a lot of golf played on Kenya (Havana). It starts early in the morning and continues 'till dark. That was a surprise (at least the late afternoon play).

I think most courses, championship and executive both, are used from sun up to sun down in the winter sno-bird months. This will generally taper of to busy mornings with fairly slow use in afternoons for both types in the heat of the summer.

Thanks for the replies! Sorry, Russ, but I think we will keep the house for now.

Give it some time. You will not be disappointed.

Hey, I hope you will get involved in the many activities here and not fret too much about the golfers comings and goings (or lack of)

Enjoying the late evening views of the course is just as relaxing.

Here's to your new home!
