The world's largest cruise ship is now, officially, a Florida resident.

Royal Caribbean's 226,963-ton Harmony of the Seas late Saturday departed on its maiden voyage out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.'s Port Everglades, its new long-term home.

We're scheduled to go on Harmony of the Seas in 2 weeks from today. My wife would prefer a smaller ship but we've been on board the Oasis and Allure already. This cruise was scheduled through AAA. I would assume there are others here in the Villages that will be going on this cruise.
