We have an AWESOME wedge lot on a cul de sac and would love to install a white vinyl picket fence to keep our furbaby in, but be able to see out.
We will check into other sources, but just throwing it out here to see if homeowners are allowed to install such a fence. We are on the Pine Hills/Pine Ridge line.
Thx much. :highfive:

 I'm guessing someone didn't do their homework!
Did you :read: your "Deed Restrictions" before spending what I would guess is hundreds of thousands of dollars?

Go for it. I'd love to see it. There are many styles that emulate real wood, hard to tell unless you get up real close.
Be sure to check with ARC first !

If you are not able to install picket fence, consider an invisible fence. We have had 4 dogs in the past (one now) who were trained to stay inside the fence line.

Not yet, as it is not a big deal if we are not allowed. Just thinking about possibilities.

Fences not being allowed in TV is one of the reasons CYV (courtyard villas) are such big sellers, they're the only homes that can have a fence with the exception of a few homes built as a test, I believe it was in Hemingway, and in the new area near you off Moyer Loop some cottages were built with vinyl privacy fences. I'm really surprised your salesman didn't mention that fact, it's one of the biggest obstacles for those with dogs, I guess he wasn't going to bring it up if you didn't. Those two exceptions plus the CYV's were all installed by the developer. That's one reason you don't see a big after market business here for fence companies.

No biggie. We didn't have a fence in the previous house either, so I will scratch that off my to-do-list.
Thx.
