Hello everyone. My husband & I live in PA and would like some 'eyes' regarding a property for sale. We have only visited TV for 2 days about 2 yrs ago and are coming for the Lifestyle Preview Plan in Sept. In the meantime, we saw a villa on the internet that we are so curious about that we want to hop a plane to look at it. Could someone tell us about its location. I believe the high school is about 1-1/2 miles away and it may be in the location of the railroad tracks ??? Could someone please put us out of our misery and tell us about its location. If it's all that bad, we can forget about it and relax until our visit in Sept. It is in TV of Belvedere (496 AinTree Lane). Looks like it is on the outskirts of TV. ??? Appreciate any info you can provide. Thank you.

It sits right behind the charter school and yes it would be close to the train tracks, but if I am not mistaking there is a 8 foot concrete wall surrounding those villas.

Hope this link to Microsoft Maps works. If not do a search on Microsoft Maks and enter the full address including Lady Lake Florida and you should come up with the map. Click on aerial view and zoom in on the location.

Many thanks to THEGREENERSIDE and HAWKWIND for taking the time to reply to my question. The websites you both gave me are great. I will use them many times in the future. It showed me exactly what I was worried about. The search goes on. Thanks again.

We live in Belvedere 1/2 block from the house you're describing on Aintree.
It is a very nice villa with spa. We attended a Christmas party there.
We LOVE Belvedere Village so much. The location is awesome and the trains don't bother us at all. We bought in Belvedere in 2007 without seeing our Villa first .. bought from the Internet video. We are extremely happy there, and so are the rest of our neighbours. Close to Southern Trace, Library, Publix, Walmart, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Bargains and Treasures, Olive Garden, etc. We're just two blocks from the adult pool.
If you want more info about the area, please PM me.

I agree with Barefoot as we have lived in the Belmont Villas for the same amt. of time. Close to everything and well landscaped lawns to enhance the area. If it is the 3 B.R. with golfcart and furnished I would buy it in a minute.Loved it when the owners had a "Driveway Party" Only problem is that we already have two homes and one is very expensive on a lake. Please buy it and take me out of my misery. The pictures do not give it justice as it is truly lovely!:coolsmiley:

I have lived in the Village of Belvedere for over 5 years now and can honestly say I LOVE the location. Only minutes to the grocery store, shopping, library, restaurants and just about equal distance to either of the town squares! Although I was quite aware of the trains at first, I rarely am bothered by them nor do I pay attention to them. Activities at the High School field are not overly loud - low cloud cover will create a noise blanket and we can sometimes hear the announcer if we are outside on our lanai during an event. Since we are usually busy and can't hear anything inside our home from the school as well as the fact that most all evening events don't run very late, I don't see a problem with this. The convenience of our location outweighs the noise factors!

For our Lifestyle Preview we stayed on Manor Downs which is a block or so away. I agree with everything that is said - it is very convenient to everything and the train sound didn't bother us at all and was actually quite relaxing.
