Contact the computer club, they gave me the names of 2 or 3 people that help. They were able to give me the help I needed over the phone, and I was able to do the rest. If you are not comfortable, they will come to your house for a fee.

It's a bitter pill to swallow, I know, but being 100% sure that all traces of malware have been removed is next to impossible, no matter how good the person you find to help you with it is. The only 100% guaranteed way to remove it is to back up all your personal data (if you haven't already) and then completely erase your hard drive, reinstall Windows, reload all your applications and finally restore your data.
