From the unnamed site. A woman got arrested in Pine Ridge for fighting with her husband over a pile of poop that her husband must have left in the house. Dog poop.

Poor dog. All the fighting between the couple probably scares it quite a bit.

OK. I looked at the video. The facilities look well designed, new, clean, freshly painted and up to date. The houses are villas and cottages, also new and freshly painted. The golf course and landscape look gorgeous. However I saw nothing I would refer to as "fancy". Sorry if this offends anyone.

I think I was going by the price of the home where this uncleaned up dog poop leading to domestic violence incident happened which is about $469,000. It is not a $1,000,000 like some of the really nice homes in the Villages but this would still be quite an attractive home for the Villages.

Just read the online "news" and you have the real names, a photo, and outlandish comments.

Amazing how this led to the woman being arrested AND she was the one who called the police!

Now, in addition to being embarrassed to The Villages, she had to post bond and may have to pay for a lawyer if it goes to a trial. Certainly, a judge (even in Florida) would order either anger management or an alcohol treatment program - both costing money.

The price might be a result of the "view", not that it is any different than any other house in the same model lineup. Doesn't make it fancy. Now at the Preserve, now that is fancy...lol.

Poor dog across the street is let out through the garage door on a leash when it tries to use their lawn the owner drags it out of their yard and across the street to another yard.. Has it do its business then back to the garage door. I find it cruel to drag the dog the dog with such force, just to save their yard. Maybe these two dogs could play date to find a better home.

It was a slow news day in Florida Friendliest Hometown. He forgot to walk the dog and she couldn't walk far in her condition---thus a huge problem here in Friendly City.

I hope the owners of the new house being built next to the Atlas dog park are dog lovers as their barkyard is the dog park.

High taxes?? Where you come from? These Sumter County property taxes are about half of what I paid in Montgomery County, Maryland.
