Home with 2 Master Suites

Are there any homes in TV built at any time that have two master bedroom suites? It looks like every current "designer" home has some variation of a master suite with one full guest bath and a combination of guest bedrooms and "dens." It doesn't look like anything current has a half-bath, either.

I inspected a new home about 2 years ago that had two equal and complete large master baths. One master bedroom but two baths....it was interesting.

We have a 3/2 split which we decorated as a guest suite (bedroom, sitting room and bath) and as a master suite. You could call it two master suites, I suppose, but more flexible IMHO.

The Zinnia (designer) is probably closest to what you want. It's a 3 bed / 3 bath. The second bedroom has its own bathroom; however, the bedroom, closet and bathroom are not as big as the ones in the master suite.

I have an Iris that I have set up as a bedroom, the 3rd bedroom is a TV room and bath. The area could easily be used as a guest suite.

I looked at a Gardenia in October somewhere near 466A and Buena Vista (sorry, I don't remember the exact location) that was extended and customized to have 2 master suites. It was not new and was for sale by the Villages, not an MLS Realtor. I don't know if it is still available.

There is a house for sale by owner on Landrum Ln in Sunset Pointe that was extended to have 2 master suites. 1764 Landrum Ln. Nice neighborhood.

Thought I remembered seeing a resale designer home in the Village of Briar Meadow that reportedly had 2 masters....worth checking Properties of the Villages.
