Yes the title implies improvement with the ouster of Pelosi.

If she gets re-elected then the dems can pack it up....again....as the establishment will remain in control.

So what do some of you very opinionated (good thing!) democrats have to say?

One of the arguments for Pelosi is she is an extremely prolific fund raiser.
But if money is the answer, then why weren't the Dems more successful.
Consider Hillary outspent Trump 50 to 1.

The problem the Dem's have, is they keep using the same tired playbook of identity politics.
They really need to get younger blood in leadership with new ideas.

Washington establishment, career politicians, cronyism, special interest driven robots, needs a house cleaning.

If Pelosi wins the establishment sends a message.

An enema for Washington is on the way!!!

Ryan has really done nothing exceptional.

However the Dems need new leadership and they need to rewrite their platform.

Pelosi is the epitome of the political ruling class (would be aristocrats)that actually believe there are the political class and all others .

she is a prime example of why we need term limits in Congress

Personal Best Regards

The problem is that you will NEVER get congress to "limit" anything.......except certain freedoms.

If she is re-elected, again, it will confirm the establishment does not shatre the views that a change is needed in Washington.
The threat of $$$ support and eliminating some of the power and doing the bidding of the people are all components that will prove their priority if she is re-elected.

We have FAR less freedom now than under King George before the war.

Democrats got their ass handed to them in 2010, 2014 and 2016 and yet they just re-elected the same Captain who steered the ship

Rep Nancy Pelosi will be the only one fighting to keep Medicare from going to a voucher system, as the GOP declares war on seniors. She always delivers the votes and keeps her caucus together.

The average age of the House Republican leadership is 47.

The average age of the House Democratic leadership is 76.

You know BTK, you put a troll type thread out there looking for a point of view from a Democrat, and finally someone responded. So what do you do? You rip it. Very classless of you. I expected more, but now you're in the basket with Donny B.

Trump is filling the swamp. Not draining it with his cabinet picks. We will see what he does if he is not impeached very soon as he has a very serious problem with a Clause in the US Constitution with respect to foreign governments and their influence on the Federal Government. That is something the Founding Fathers were very much concerned with. How can you have a blind trust if your very close family is running your international business interests?

Wasn't this thread regarding Pelosi and her faults? Is the left so defensive that they decided to make every thread a Trump issue?

By the way, it already appears that Trump was the better choice. I realize that you on the left do not have the class to concede that fact, but a simple "thank you" will suffice. Just think, you will no longer have to fake it like you have had to do for the last 8 years of Obama. After all, PC being so important to you, you couldn't conceive of ever disparaging Obie's good name, being it would be construed as racist.

What do you expect, from someone who couldn't even spell his user name correctly...when he joined this site?

Yeah, yeah, I know, there will be claims she meant to spell it that way...but I doubt anyone with any intelligence believes her. :D
