Cardiologist

My husband recently had bypass surgery and will need to find a cardiologist as soon as we get there at the beginning of July. Does anyone have any recommendations?

asked your husband's current cardiologist if he has any recommendations? Sometimes a doctor in one part of the coutry will have gone to school with or has some other personal knowledge of another.

I have no names to recommend but I would suggest you look for someone who has "privilidges" at The Villages Regional Hospital (TVRH) and the Leesburg Regional Medical Center (LMRC) (they go hand-in-hand). You would also hope they have an office in TV area a few days a week. Some doctors (many?) have office hours in TV two or three days a week and other places the rest of the time. Just questions to ask whenever you do get a name.

Florida Heart & Vascular has some of the top cardiologists in the country. They also have offices here in TV. We have been with them for 5 years now and the experience has been exemplary.
