Well the wife and I did it. We bought a CYV Friday in the Village of Bonita, so now we are residents of TV. Now we have the normal things to do before we move in, and make a few upgrades that we want to make such as granite counters, etc.

Smoke if you got 'em. Actually I know you don't. At least I had the impression that both of you are fitness aficionados.
Welcome to you. You have made the best decision. You will be so glad you did. Sorry the G's aren't there to buy you a beer.

to all thanks!!! Right now the closing is set for 18 June. Before we move in, we will be doing some upgrades to the place, then we will slowly start bringing stuff down. As some of you know, I robbed the cradle and my wife still has 2-3 years to work. So we will be part time on long weekends, leave, etc.
Gracie, you are right, wife and I are both very much "gym rats" and neither of us smoke, but we have been know to knock back a few cold ones, cause we can run those off!
When we get settled, we look forward to meeting all of you.

Thanks again all. It has been a long search for both me and my wife finding just the perfect place for us to retire to.
We can not wait to get settled in. As we said, after the closing we will be upgrading some things, then plan on buying a room of furniture at a time.
