I checked AMAZON to learn that the book can not be purchased for the Kindle, but can be bought at Amazon for $15.89 + sales tax. I didn't have to pay S&H because my total purchases came to over $25 and they ship free to customers who have an account with Amazon and their purchases are $25 or more.

Such a deal, huh? lol
