Good General Contractor

Ok, now that we have bought, we need to know a good, honest, general contractor who can do all the "upgrades" that we would like to have done. Specifically, looking to replace countertops with granite, tile kitchen & bathroom floors, install pull-down stairs in garage, and install new front door and storm door.
Since we will not be living there right away, need someone who we can basically go over all we want done, hand them the list of what products, colors, makes, etc we want to use, and then return to see the finished upgrades.

Call Tim Miller Home Services. 352-217-0561. He can most of what you want done and does quality work. Been around The Villages for Awhile. ALso I will get you another number. Guys name is Mike Hogan. Does great work.

For the Granite, I have checked everywhere and the Home Depot is in the right price and you know they back the work. You can check Wildwood Kitchen and bath. They run ads in the Daily Sun. There is All Star Kitchen and Bath located in the Southern Trace Plaza off of 466.
