Financial guidance needed

Am aware of a worker, here in the Villages, that needs direction and/or information leading to assistance with solving a major financial issues. Needs it on a Pro Bono basis. Salary doesn't get it done after a divorce and house is "under water". Can anyone point her in the right direction? Seems that all the public services, to date, have no positive information. I am a bit unclear as to what kind of financial advice your "friend" is looking for. Can you explain what she needs a little better? Then maybe we can point her in the right direction...
