Recently I did some research on this subject. I to suffer from this. I have found a supplement that has helped tremendously its called taurine . But it also affects other parts of the body. One of which is the heart. I have suffered from irregular heart beat that a cardiologist has never been able to do anything for. Sense I have been taking it that has cleared up by 70 to 90 percent. Do some research and see what you think.
