This is the best horror movie I have seen since 2006's The Descent. http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/drag_me_to_hell/
Unfortunately, the Villages' theaters' managers did not pick this one for its screens.

I see it is rated PG-13. Do you think it appropriate for 12-13 yr. old? I have found my ratings to be a little more strict than the movie ratings and, of course, have been branded an old fuddy duddy!! Thanks.

Tal,
The title of your thread scared me. But not for the reasons you might think. I was worried about you. I was scared that you were requesting that somebody drag you to the political forum. I was sooooo scared for you.
Thank goodness you are OK.

Unless, of course, he/she is a huge fan of 2008 + horror movies and already knows what to expect. Check out this link-- http://www.commonsensemedia.org/movie-reviews/drag-me-hell

Great website. I'm keeping it as a "favorite" for the future. Thanks.

The effects in Drag Me to Hell were created in many different ways, including green screen, puppets, prosthetics and computer-generated imagery. The film won two scream awards in the categories of Best Horror Movie and Best Scream-Play at Spike TV's Scream 2009.
