Hair Color question

Looking for a hair salon who uses mild products. My hair was damaged from a bad highlighting job and is very delicate now and needs the roots done and a few very mild highlights. It has been 6 months since this happened. I know salons use different brands, with your experience do you know of anyone who is a specialist in coloring and uses milder products? At this point I will pay what I need to pay to get the best in the business.

I just moved to TV from Upstate NY where I have been using only organic hair color products for years. No harsh chemicals, all plant-based products. Thanks for the info. Do you know if it is permanent color? can they do highlights?
