What is up with all these czar appointments? We have at least 15 of them at last count. Is this a way to skirt the scrutiny of a congress approval? Why have a congress approved cabinet when you can appoint a CZAR who may have secrert past like tax evasion? can anybody shine a light on this phenomenom?:shrug:

Interesting bill to be filed for 120 million people who paid taxes April 15th.
We will have stock in GM.

I'm not real sure I'd like that title. Some people who had that title in the past didn't make out so well.
