We will be picking up our granddaughter at her spring break, from Sanford airport. Would like to get the best routes from TV that you have found. Did a search but most threads were on transportation to/from Sanford. Not driving directions.

We go 441 to 46 south to Martin Luther King Blvd. When you get close to Rt 4 you can follow the signs to 417 but that is a toll road and will drop you off on Martin Luther King closer to the airport. Might save you a few minutes....to toll or not to toll is the question. Of course you can take the Turnpike but it's a longer ride and doesn't save a lot of time. We no longer pick up anyone that comes in, we give them detailed instructions on how to get the shuttle....lol. Applies to anyone over 18.

If you have a SunPass, the toll is 53 cents on 417, we take that to get away from all the stop and go traffic. Our GPS selects that route, unless I set for no tolls. Not a bad trip from here. NOTE: the last time I went there (November), there was construction on 46 added about 15 minutes to the trip over, no workers on the trip back.

Does your smart phone have Google maps? Easiest route and gives you updates along the way if there are any slow downs.

Uber is like $110.00 each way. We don't mind the drive just never been to that airport and there are multiple ways on google and mapquest. One involving the turnpike and that seems out of the way. 441 to 46 looks like the most direct route.
Thanks for the replies.
