Forgot my gold signon & password

I left word with The Villages customer service twice, but they haven't called back in 3 hours. Just back from Ohio for the winter in Lady Lake and forgot my golf signon name and password. I have my golf ID number and pin number. Any suggestions since customer service seems to be up to its eyeballs in snowbirds?
