Pancake Breakfast

Ya'll remember the Casino night that was held a few weeks ago to help a wonderful lady in Duval with some medical expenses, well, we are now announcing the next event.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST
June 27th, 2009
Up the Creek Restaurant at LSL
7 AM till 10 AM
Tickets are $6 in advance and $7 the day of the breakfast.
Come out and eat all the pancakes and sausages you’d like and support a fellow villager.

BTW, the village of Duval needs to be recognized for pulling this all together and doing so well at the Casino night. It was well planned and orchestrated and we all had a wonderful, fun-filled night as well as collecting nice revenue for the charity. I believe we were sold out of tickets for Casino night, let's do the same for the Breakfast.

Pancakes are my favorite - sorry that I am stuck in NJ and cannot join you all.

In light of that dilemma, how about if I make/enjoy my own pancakes on 6/28and mail a donation to the Fruitland Park snail mail addy?

njbchbum, pancakes are my fav also and I'm sorry you can't be here to enjoy them with us but you can make your own and make believe you are at Up the Creek Restaurant with us. Bumping this thread in case you missed the announcement about the b'fast. We sold a lot of tickets yesterday at the lunch, there's more if anyone is still interested. Its for a great cause and it will be fun.

The Pancake breakfast was a great success. :pepper2:
I and the Fast Cure committee would like to personally thank everyone who bought tickets for the breakfast,the Casino night and also TOTV and the administrators for helping us publicize our fund raising events. :eclipsee_gold_cup:
It is great to live among such great people that will lend a hand to help a fellow Villager,and also our friends who aren't here yet who offered up prayers and good thoughts. :beer3:

Eddie, I think you, and the whole village of Duval, deserve a round of applause :clap2::clap2::clap2:

The group of volunteers that ran the Casino night and the breakfast are truly wonderful people. They worked so hard at both events to make us all feel comfortable and to enjoy ourselves.

Duval is truly and great Village!! and so are ewe, Eddie!!! We love ewe!!
