Donald Trump is a person that was widely admired by people on both sides of the aisle for his business acumen and his ability to get projects done under budget and ahead of schedule. He only became despised by the left when he decided to run against Hillary.Trump has had to work with politicians from both sides of the aisle and from foreign nations in order to get projects done. Instead of being grateful for the fact that she's one of the few lucky ones to get a break in show business and thank the people that are responsible for her success, she foregoes that opportunity to make an ass of herself.

Meryl Streep is a great actress. Donald Trump is wrong on that account. But being able to pretend that your someone else does not qualify you to run the country. It does not mean that your opinion on how things should be done is better than other's opinions. It does not mean that you are smarter than everyone else. What it means is that you have a talent in a very narrow area and that you are one of the very, very lucky people with talent that happened to be in the right place at the right time.

There are millions of extremely talented people. The ones that become famous are simply fortunate to be discovered. They were in the right place at the right time. There are millions of guitarists that can play like Eric Clapton. I know, I've met and played with some of them. There are millions of actresses that can act as well as Meryl Streep. The ones that we know, like Meryl Streep, are simply lucky. They were in the right place at the right time and had someone "discover" them. That doesn't mean that their opinion is more valid than anyone else's. It just means that they are in a position to make that opinion known to a lot more people than the rest of us.

That's the problem with "progressives"...it doesn't matter what the outcome is...they promote minorities, women, and "equality" no matter the cost. As long as they have their quota...nothing else matters.
