What's happening on the 4th of July

Hi,
My wife and I are doing a lifestyle preview the week of the 4th of July.
Is there anything special happening on the 4th itself, like a parade, fireworks, concerts, bar-b-q's. How many residents stay there year round percentage wise. I'll bet that there is a lot of activity on the 4th. We can't wait to go.

Last year was our first 4th of July in TV, The only fireworks we learned of were in Sanford, Fl; we went there for it and it was great - the fireworks were at the lake in Sanford.
