Behind the numbers: Why do women earn less than men? | Fox News (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/05/07/behind-numbers-why-do-women-earn-less-than-men.html)

The statistic that women earn less than men is flawed. Its simply taking the average amount made by a man and the average amount earned by a woman in this country. It doesn't take into consideration the types of jobs they do, the levels of education or most importantly, the fact that a lot of stay at home Moms work part time in entry level jobs to have a little extra cash.

What's more troubling to me is that democrats and liberals know this, but continue to make the argument that women earn less than men and something has to be done to correct this "problem". It's simply a way for democrats to convince people that don't do any research or don't have all the facts to vote for them.

And the point that many MISS is that there are federal employment laws that mandate equal pay for equal work. Women get paid the same for the same work. Hillary was just talking out her @ss when she suggested otherwise. Besides, she is the biggest hypocrite when it comes to male/female employment.

Under true capitalism-NO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION dictating worker selection. If, you could in fact pay a woman less and get the same productivity or better, YOU WOULD HIRE THE WOMAN,

Hillary and her staff tried to get her elected because she is a woman. Women, HILLARY SCREAMED are treated unfairly. I don't think anyone mentioned it. I don't think women who voted for Hillary because of her SCREAMING about equal rights for women even noticed that both Trump's campaign manager and his legal advisor are both women.

This is obviously, just a continuation of the thread that got shut down in the other forum.

Although a male, I am proud to call myself a 'feminist'...as the word simply means I believe in social, political, legal, and economic rights for women...that are equivalent to men.

Any female, who is so ignorant of the history of women's suffrage/voting rights/equality, is so needy and so subservient to men as to actually attack those that made & makes her own current life possible...belong in a certain kind of hell.

May they find it.

Or maybe they already have...which would explain a lot.

That was a lot of nothing. Living in the past is not healthy.

I spent a good part of my career devising salary merit systems, job descriptions performance valuation systems, etc. they all had to comply with federal law and all were objective criteria for all employees.

The feminist movement falls in line with the social justice agenda of progressives and like all of their movements they go over board.

To ensure equal opportunity is one thing to demand equal outcomes is quite another. Some of these feminist displayed their disdain for men and their desire to produce effeminate males.

Look across the nation and you will find many women who own corporations or are in high level positions in major corporations
Look at who are the higher % of college and post college graduates
Look at what the feminist movement did to males

Is it any wonder these social justice warriors are alarmed at an alpha male being elected president. Is it any wonder why the term misogynist is freely being tossed around.

Reading your past posts it seems your an expert in all fields. I think most of these posts show the poster does not have any respect for woman, even their wives or mothers.

Bull dike lesbians are not male. No matter how short you cut your hair, no matter how much your wear men's attire, no mater how much you try to act like a man...your still not a man!

When I read his posts, I don't get that impression. Would you be so kind as to explain what I am missing? Where has he said anything negative about his wife or mother?

If someone does not say what you want to hear, you call into question their relationship with their wife and mother...sounds like 6th grade mentality there!

This post is a little wishy washy...Please define your use of "equivalent", because you then state "we're not equal.

He knows more than most...

Respect or delusions? We're NOT the same...we're not "equal". Women can't beat men in...anything. We lose respect when you go off with your blatant "we're equal" rants. You're NOT equal...in just about everything.

You hate men for that. You really ARE envious. And you act out your jealousy.

Bull dike lesbians are not male. No matter how short you cut your hair, no matter how much your wear men's attire, no mater how much you try to act like a man...your still not a man!

Exactly...a woman will never be a man. A man will never be a woman. Are there "freaks" who can't tell the difference...of course...outliers.

Show me the woman who can beat ANY man...one? Two? Possibly in some unusual event. Men hold millions of records that women can't touch.

This post is a little wishy washy...Please define your use of "equivalent", because you then state "we're not equal.

Separate but equal. The way we should be treating the minorities too.

You're NOT white men...you'll never be...you CAN'T be because we're genetically different. The Y chromosome makes a HUGE difference. The Neanderthal DNA seems to have made a HUGE difference. We are what we are and pretending...being delusional...won't change it.

White men gave you the world you live in and the technology that allows it. When we're gone...it will go too. EVERYPLACE that has EVER diversified with brown people has fallen...every one.

If you want to keep America like Norman Rockwell painted it...you MUST make it white again.

We must set high standards and ONLY those who excel move forward. Quotas have brought us from #1 to #25.

You nailed him.

He stands on his soapbox, screeching lies in a broad-brush manner, then expects everyone to just believe him...even without citations and when he's plagiarized from other 'opinion piece' sources. :ohdear:
