A new Villages author is born! Katie Rogers has just had her period novel published. I feel like this is my baby because I had the pleasure of pre-reading the absorbing romance. The book is available on Amazon and hopefully there will eventually be a book signing at Barnes and Noble :) So enjoy a good story and support a fellow Villager for your next read!

the period is 1869 Boston. an ambitious matriarch manipulates the lives of her children. the stuff of PBS specials :)

Sounds interesting. I had a Grandmother kind of like that. So glad she never won the lottery as she would have been impossible with more leverage of us relatives. She lived on Cape Cod for quite a while. Not quite Boston.
