cant rearrange my music playlist on my i pad

on my Ipad I cant rearrange songs in my music playlist...I click on edit use grabbar on right and move song to new location and when I click done they move back ... I have moved songs in the past with no problem.... I just tried same process on my iPhone and it works...thx for the help

Looks like the latest update to the iPad has changed a few things. All the songs in my playlists are now in alphabetical order by artist. The only I can do is hit the shuffle all button.

The have also changed the video button, it now says TV and you have to find your downloaded movies after Apple TV loads.
