Listen to this guy...he's given up even TRYING to challenge the illegals living in his city. Why? 500,000 illegals and millions of Hispanics live there. Hispanics are probably half the NYC population now.

They WON'T turn illegals in if they're caught drunk driving. The city pretty much won't turn over illegals for deportation unless they kill someone (an exaggeration but not too far off).
