Five new Executive Courses are well into construction. They are Bonita Passs, Tarpon Boil, Redfish Run, Yankee Clipper and Southern Star.
Bonita Pass, Tarpon Boil and Redfish run are at the grow-in phases with bunkers, tees and greens shaped and irrigation systems are completed. Starter buildings and restrooms are currently under construction. These courses are scheduled to open later this fall. I have driven by all of them and some look like they are ready for play now thanks to the rain the we are having.
Southern Star and Yankee Clipper are well into construction with irrigation systems and cart paths nearing completion. Have not seen any opening time for these courses.
These courses are West of Bailey Trail and North of Sandhill Executive course. One course runs just South of the new Seabreeze Regional Recreation Center also well into construction. This is going to be a great area and they are building in this area at this time.
