Since they are in season, I would think any place has them at a reasonable price. I recently bought some at Winn Dixie and they were good. The Farmers Market will most likely have some as well. There's always the Strawberry Festival, which should be coming up soon. I usually try to avoid that due to the crowds. I don't think you can go wrong wherever you buy them.

Last week I only found out of state berries at Publix but perhaps that has changed. We went to farmers market at Brownwood (late) Saturday and strawberries were poor.

Look for packages of Strawberries that indicate they are grown in Plant City, Florida. This is a major center for high quality strawberries that are shipped everywhere. They should be found in Publix, Winn-Dixie and other stores. Today, over 3/4 of the nation's midwinter strawberries come from Plant City.

The annual Florida Strawberry Festival will be March 2 - 12, 2017, in Plant City (East of Tampa.) They have a variety of free and paid admission entertainment. (See the daily schedule.) Look at the amazing variety of ways to prepare strawberries, including Strawberry Pizza.

There's a vendor from Plant City at the Brownwood farmers market on Saturday mornings who has awesome strawberries. BTW, he gives free samples!
