Not one word to the American people...that sets up a brand new standard for total and UNNECESSARY CHAOS.

Govt has to show reason. The atty for the US, I think..does not matter, but don't think he knew until the judge told him...they have to have reason, and since there has never ever been an attack or even threat of attack from any of the countries, there is no basis.
