"(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

"Whenever the President finds" This is the key. He will have to have evidence for his ban. That is why the court has ruled against him so far.

The code stands until proven unconstitutional...
It's SUPPOSED to work...Congress makes laws, the President agrees, the SCOTUS is there determine if the law is constitutional.
However...what we REALLY have is...95% of the "laws", actually "regulations" are made up by...UNELECTED ex-whatever business they'll regulate...crooks placed there by our politicians. Even the SCOTUS is a case of the foxes picking who will guard the chicken coop.
The entire system is completely corrupt and needs a REAL swamp draining...not just "different" swamp creatures installed.

The case law on this would be the controlling factors.
The facts are not there for Trump to single out the seven countries he did while ignoring the countries he has business with from which far more actual terrorists have come from. And there was already a very good and thorough vetting process in place.
Has Trump stopped one terrorist from coming into the US while alienating the very people who we actually need for intelligence against real threats? The man is a moron.

HOW do you KNOW that? You just got back from Washington? YOU don't KNOW...sh!t.
MAYBE he ONLY does business in the OTHER "Muslim" countries because they ARE "safer"? You're just ANOTHER ignorant women spouting something you heard and decided to agree with.
Again...HOW do you KNOW that? You're a middle eastern expert? You spend time in ALL those countries so YOU can make an accurate assessment? Again...you don't KNOW sh!t...you believe what you hear on the propaganda channel.
Really Ms Tal? A thorough vetting process? How EXACTLY do you "vet" people from a 3rd world country without reliable records, ho do you "vet" outlying villagers? Gang members? Militia members? ESPECIALLY when you're at WAR with the country they're coming from??? You're at WAR with the "records department" so how are you getting your information? Where are you getting your information to "vet" them?
That's the problem with women and liberals...they don't THINK things through...they just jump on the latest greatest band wagon they "agree" emotionally with.
I don't know Tal...has he? When WAS the last "real" terrorist attack? I mean a REAL one...not some kids trying to make a name for themselves.
The whole "war on terrorism" is a way for them to loot the treasury...
Talk about a moron...

And the angry racist spouts off. This is Don Baldwin.
Very few people in refuge camps every even make it to the US just for those very reasons. The people who do these jobs are a lot smarter than some angry racist on TOTV.

And you KNOW that...because YOU just got back from visiting them all?
They made it to Europe...where they're called "rapefugees" because they're running around like freed wild animals. Screwing everything they run into.
Here read up on them...see how wonderful it is "hosting" them, see how happy the people are that they're there...
rapefugees - Google Search (https://www.google.com/search?q=rapefugees&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8)
THEY...MADE...me a "racist"...by their "character"...or better yet...LACK of it.
WHAT are they good at besides sports? What DO they make better besides sports? WHY are we #25 since we mandated quotas for women/minorities?

I agree on the "real swamp draining", however voters were conned into thinking trump would do it. Look at his cabinet appointee's, more swamp people.

Obviously you are focused on terrorism and do not look at the big picture. And of course, you must not care about your family. Trump said he is going to push law and order. If you were to look at what immigration and refugees have done to Europe as far as vastly increasing violent crimes, you might reconsider your adamant demand that more come in without proper screening. Maybe if you just examine what has happened to Germany related to Muslims raping and assaulting women, you would understand that this is NOT a political competition. You can dislike Trump all you wish, but he does not wish to harm this country. There is NOTHING that indicates that he wishes to damage this country. He is not a Muslim claiming to be a Christian that bows to our enemies. So, terrorism could be a future possibility related to refugees and immigrants, but CRIME is a present or current worry.

Apparently some of the businesses in TV don't do a very good job (if any) of vetting employees. A guy convicted of killing his mother in Maine has been arrested for embezzling $30-something thousand dollars from the Rialto Theater in Spanish Springs. He had served time on his sentence and was on probation for the rest. There was another one that was doing the same thing at Sweet Tomatoes (not in TV proper, but close enough). How many others are there that we encounter on a daily basis? Do any of these businesses do background checks? My guess would be, "no".

Maybe you define "swamp" differently than Trump does. He seems to have been getting quite a few outsiders into his inner circle. Or, do you feel that anyone that makes money or is military to be part of the "swamp?" Seems like Obama ran on "transparency" too. And then Obamacare was put together behind closed doors and we were told to pass it before reading it.
Why not move onto something that is pertinent to policies, etc.?

I told you it would happen...you not only IGNORED my advise...you called me names too.
As long as the D or R party is in control...meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

You could say the SAME about the Hispanic invasion. Why not stop that? If you REALLY loved your country...you'd be working to reverse the 100 million Hispanics living here.

It was a "mercy killing" from what I gather. She was suffering from cancer. If we treated people as well and mercifully as we do our pets...he wouldn't have had to do it.
The "criminal" was born in prison.
This is obviously just my opinion based on what little I've read.
The government is NOT "properly vetting these refugees". They CAN'T...there's no way TO vet them. They don't come with passports or papers.

It's pretty easy to see that the judicial system is run on ideology and politics rather than law and justice today. We need to get rid of ALL judges and move to technology. We should have computers make the logical decisions since humans are too retarded to make logical and common sense decisions based on the rule of law.

Beware of what you ask for...
It would be best to just eliminate women and minorities from the bench. THEY are the ones who see EVERYTHING emotionally and not realistically.

ANY outsider brought into the administration will be considered a threat to the crony establishment.
That is the only reason for the push back.
The independently wealthy business and military candidates have no need for the pork and special interest or minority BS.
In corporate America whenever there is something to be fixed they will always bring in outsiders in the form of consulting firms or non-in house candidates. The main advantage of the outsider? They do not know why things have to be the way they are....they have no need for things to remain the way they are if in fact there is no value added.
Outsiders bring the fear of GOD into any political arena. And that is exactly what we are witnessing with Trump and his choices for running the government.

Your absolutely correct. However, as much as I hate to say it, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is the same court that decreed that the phrase "one nation under God" be removed from the Pledge of Allegiance. Do you honestly believe that same court is gonna rule in favor of anything Trump does? I'm afraid the immigration order will have to go to the Supreme Court and, unless Gorsuch is confirmed in time for the current session, the lower court ruling will stand when supremes vote 4-4. The libs are gonna do everything in their power to prevent Gorsuch (sic) from being seated. Very frustrating!
