Problem with digital editions

We switched to a new computer using Windows 10 and now we can't download a book from the library using Digital Editions.
We have it loaded on the computer but there seems to be a problem with Windows 10.
Anyone else had the problem and/or know of a fix.

Try disabling your antivirus before downloading. If that does not work turn off windows security or windows defender. Hope this helps
