Both town squares are within a few minutes by golf cart! The home features new flooring, new solar tubes, 2 flat screen TV's, a covered patio, and a fully furnished lanai. Availability starts in May of 2017. Summer months are only $850 per month. Rent covers: cable, Internet, WiFi, lawn care,stainless steel grill, daily newspaper, Yamaha gas cart and all utilities.
