"We have moved a commitment to serve the deserving poor to an assumption that all are deserving. And much of this rests at the feet of politicians trolling for votes by larding on the largesse" "We have edged toward a moral cliff where the shame of being dependent on government aid has been replaced by a breezy bonhomie for entitlement" Peter Cove "Poor No More"
"Between 1962 and 2012 cash transfers of government assistance increased from 11.7% to 21%. By 2012 48.5% of Americans lived in households that receive some sort of government benefit"
Between 1965 and 2011 the official poverty rate was essentially flat, while government spending on per person on poverty programs rose by 900% after inflation" Jason L. Riley WSJ 2/8/17
And progressive carry on when Trump works to drain the swamp. It is time serious people begin to get serious and focus on solution and stop blaming one another

When Trump mentioned moving people from welfare to work during his inauguration speech, many of those 48% wish they had voted. They get their free money so they have lots of time to violently protest and flood the Internet withn BS

Don't forget that tax free, under the table money they get from Soros to riot and destroy property in the name of protest.

I know a few healthy adult children of Villagers who supposedly have disabilities, who are on the dole, and of course they are big Clinton supporters.
Two have back issues, yet they bike, cut lawn, (only when pop shames them), go up on ladders etc.
Why is is they every entitlement person I know dislikes Trump.
Yet every construction worker or cop supports Trump.
Seems 90+% of working people I know support Trump.
Maybe it's time to "drop a dime?"

It's BEEN time to "drop a dime"...but nobody does...and nothing gets done about it. I'd bet fraud accounts for half of welfare. People who COULD do something but CHOOSE not to.
