Can they win the whole season and the NCAA Tournament too?

Short answer is yes.

Gena made the schedule so they would tend to lose one during the regular season but they haven't. I think he may be concerned the additional pressure of being undefeated will weigh on them if they are in a close game when the NCAA tournament starts.
