Kudos to Rick at 48 hour Blinds

Our home is nine years old. 48 Hour Blinds installed the blinds and patio verticles then We were having trouble with the verticle valance So we called Rick thinking we would have to replace them. He came out and said we do not do valances like that now.
So we will replace it for you at no charge.. How is that for service
