Lawn/fert, etc. service

Looking for a new company to service lawn, fert., pest control, termite inspection. Prefer all inclusive company and what you pay monthly/annually. Your responses are appreciated.

I had Fertigator for 18 months. They were OK, but sometimes I had to get after them to actually perform the services I was paying for, especially in the Summer when I was not around. It was a fairly regular thing to hear from my homewatch that things were not being taken care of. My "total care" package from Fertigator was just under $200/month (this for an approx 4000 sq foot corner lot). I've since switched to Falcon Lawn and Pest. So far they are doing fine, but it has only been a few months. The monthly cost is higher than Fertigator, about $225. I did consider using Dean's, but they don't do mowing in my area.
