Anyone have any experience investing in DST or TIC
Instead of owning 1 commercial building and having a tenant pay you rent, you own a fraction of a larger piece. Looking to find someone who assist me in choosing one DST or TIC over another.

I suggest you ask a Registered Investment Adviser. A private investment like that uses different rules, and your money could be tied up indefinitely with no out if not profitable.
