It is really quite comical when one reads the plight of the guitar, but when it is happening you want to kill someone. In the US, customer service is a thing of the past. When You have a problem, the offender is always polite, but does nothing to resolve the issues. The most frustrating thing is that one calls to complain, gets an agent in Malasia and cannot understand what is being spoken. I have never seen such polite and sympathetic employees as in Malaysia, but they are like a broken record. They have their stock responses and cannot answer any questions which are out of the box.

I am sure each of us have experienced the frustration of dealing with a big corporation in the past and hopefully none will occur in the future. If it does , just take a few deep breaths and eventually you will see the humor in what at that time seems like a real nightmare.
