I have found much information about tennis rates and organized events at Glenview and Hacienda.
My question concerns tennis at the Rec Centers. Can courts be reserved?
Is there a fee to reserve? Or Court time fees?
I have seen all of the group schedules at the Rec centers but am wondering what the costs are.
Do the same fees apply to pickleball?

The Villages site is hard to find the answers to these questions. Lots of info on golf. Not much on tennis and pickleball.

http:// Village Community Development Districts (http://www.districtgov.org) Go to this website, click on departments, then recreation. There is a number you can call for more information. This website has a great deal of worthwhile information.

I had a Steady foursome of tennis s every Sat @ Chula, no fee. I had to fill out forms
To reserve the court/time and renew every 6 months. Enjoy!

If you and friends want to play a game of tennis then just turn up at a court when there is nothing shown in the weekly schedule and it will most likely be empty. And costs nothing.

However, there are numerous organized sessions at every level which can be fun to join. Mrs Fox and I started off playing singles but now we play in an intermediate mixed doubles group three times a week.

Perfect! After reading the VCDD Recreation site, that is the way I understood it. Thanks for your response. It almost sounded to easy.
