Across from Colony where the new Walmart grocery store will be they have built what look like villas?
They look like villas as they are walled in.

I can't imagine living on the middle of a commercial area - medical buildings and shopping center.

Does anyone know?

They are "Clifford Villas". About 30 villas being built there

When we were building our new home five years ago which is very close to 466, some really solid friends said they wouldn't want to live here. The noise, the traffic, etc. etc.

It has turned out to be the greatest location, so close to everything. To each their own.

To each their own! Yes! I have been saying that for years. The road in front of Clifford Villas is a great short cut when going from the Colony area to areas down south in TV. Plus, you avoid the left hand turn onto Morse south when traveling west on 466A.

We went by there and you're right, they're villas.
Some have nice golf course views.

The entrance to the new Walmart is right there.

Took our cart through there yesterday. Poured cement Villas. Nice views on the south side, but the noise, light pollution and Villa egress leading into the new Walmart lot could only appeal to former city dwellers.

Those villas will be a perfect location for someone who does not drive. While the location may not be right for most people, I think it will solve a lot of issues for those who need to be close to what the Colony area has to offer.
